General Fitness training works towards broad goals of overall health and well-being. Our regular moderate workout regimen and healthy diet can improve general appearance and good health such as muscle tone, healthy skin and proper functioning of central nervous system. It also prevents aging, lifestyle diseases and the series of heart and organ failures that accompany inactivity and poor diet.

Weight Management:

Weight Management Program offers customized weight management plans including weight loss / gain techniques, dietary plans, exercise programs and life style modification. Research has shown that combining a variety of weight loss and management techniques increases a person's chance of long-term success in weight management. Core and Abdomen Workouts:

Training the muscles of the core corrects postural imbalances that can lead to injuries. The biggest benefit of core training is to develop functional fitness that is essential to both daily living and regular activities. Weak and unbalanced core muscles are linked to back pain. It may result in a loss of the appropriate lumbar curve and a swayback posture. Stronger, balanced core muscles help maintain appropriate posture and reduce strain on the spine.

Circuit training is a form of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. A programme designed to keep the heart rate elevated throughout the session through cardio stations, strength training sessions or a mixture of two with short recovery time in-between exercises.

Interval Training:

Interval training consists of activity at high intensity exercise [Sprint Intervals] followed by low intensity exercise [Rest Intervals] for a period of time with repeated sets. We are providing both Fartlek and High Intensity training.

Strength Training:

Strength training is a method designed to improve muscular strength by gradually increasing the ability to resist force through the use of free weights, machines, or the person's own body weight. Our strength training sessions are designed to impose increasingly greater resistance, which in turn stimulates development of muscle strength to meet the added demand. The benefits include greater muscular strength, improved muscle tone and appearance, increased endurance and enhanced bone density.

Sports Specific Training:

Sports specific training is all about developing physical conditions to improve performance and skills at a particular SPORT. Also understanding the needs of the game, training / practicing at the correct pace, in order to meet sports requirements. Options include increasing arm strength for TENNIS playing or improve strength and core stability providing better balance playing GOLF.

Health Screening:

Our on-site health screenings asses VO2 Max, anthropometry, fat percentage, blood pressure, body weight, body composition and other important biometrics, which will educate both the individual employee and the organization as a whole as to their specific biometric health risks.

Posture Correction:

Posture is defined by the action of unconscious reflexes. While you can always exert conscious control over your posture, you will always revert to the unconscious reflex-controlled pattern the second your mind wanders. The most common muscle imbalance that many people today suffer is the anterior pelvic tilt (deep gap in lower back, belly sticking out) and the hunched over shoulders with protruding head sticking out. These muscle imbalances can be corrected with posture correction exercises and stretches with remarkable results.

Aerobics:

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is usually performed to music and may be practiced in a group setting led by an instructor (fitness professional), although it can be done solo and without musical accompaniment. With the goal of preventing illness and promoting physical fitness, practitioners perform various routines comprising a number of different dance-like exercises. Formal aerobics classes are divided into different levels of intensity and complexity.

Yoga:

Yoga is a healing system of theory and practice which is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures (asanas), and meditation that has been practiced for more than 5,000 years. Though it’s an Indian science, it’s more popular and vastly followed by the western world.
